We love your furry companions! Desert Holiday welcomes up to three pets per household. To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, please note that standard breed restrictions apply.
RV Condition Standards
To maintain our high community standards, all RVs must be in good condition and free of visible damage or wear. Units older than 15 years are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require management approval. We do not accept units with rust, broken windows, or peeling paint. If you’re unsure if your rig qualifies, please send us photos—we’re happy to provide guidance before you apply!
Guests staying longer than 29 nights must complete an application, including a background and credit check. As a courtesy to our returning guests, this requirement is waived for any guest who (1) has stayed with us within the past three years and (2) left in good standing. A guest is considered to have left in good standing if, during and at the end of the prior stay, the guest carried no unpaid balance, was not served a formal written notice of a lease or community-rule violation, and was not named in an eviction filing. Guests who do not meet both conditions — including any guest whose most recent stay ended more than three years ago — must complete the standard application process.
